I actually really liked CBL. It was much easier to eat clean when you know you get to consume massive amounts of junk-food a few times a week. Especially in summer, I loved having a pint of ice cream as dessert. Definitely not the most sustainable style of eating but I lost bodyfat without losing strength, so that was good.
