You're setting up a question like that which depends on the definition and the terms of the definition and then question someone who defines those terms and gives you an answer which is coherent with them....

It depends on what 'strong' means...Sure, even if he's a powerlifter he might not define strength based on his total in a competition, but then he might.

The question is, 'stronger' by whose standards, as obviously there can be no universal agreement within the terms of the question you are posing?
