Clean Pulls up to 5x3 @ 110kg, 2x5 @ 130kg (from the hang)
Dips 3x5 @ 40kg
Face Pulls 3x12 @ 39kg (?)
Hammer Curls 3x10 @ 14kg
Reverse Crunches

Clean Pulls were nice. Just some reps to adjust my second pull, focused on being super smooth. I heard the ladies like that.

The question is whether it means anything. There have been enough lifters that have great youtube clips, and even great domestic comp results, but when they step on the international state they don't nearly live up to it.

Squat up to 1 @ 130, 140, 150kg (5kg off PB, but 12kg lighter w/ belt though)
Deadlift up to 1 @ 190, 202, 215kg (3kg PB, belted)
Front Squats 5 @ 100, 105, 110kg
Pull Ups 5 @ 35, 4 @ 37.5kg (missed last...)
Reverse Crunches

Thought I'd put this up. I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing. I weightlifted for a while but decided I needed to gain weight and get stronger. Then I decided I needed to carb-backload, and now I am stronger at a lighter BW (81-82kg).

Friday's Session


Snatch up to some @ 50

Squat up to 5x2 @ 130kg (BELTED, was weird)

OHP up to 3 @ 60kg

Push Press 3x3 @ 70kg

Hammer Curls 3x8 @ 16kg

Pull Ups 2x5 @ 25kg

Reverse Crunches

On Friday I play around and do whatever I like. Squat/Deadlift singles tomorrow.
