Snatch up to some sets at 50 and 60kg, working on technique
Squat 6x2 @ 120
Pull Ups 3x5 @ 30
Curls 3x8 @ 16
Abs

Edit: actually only weighed 80kg today...97 was my high point this year. 77s here I come.
