13-12-13 RSR Week 4 Day 3. Training at home.

Snatch up to some @ 70kg
Easy. Smooth. Had coach look at technique. He said it looks okay.

Squat up to 4x4 @ 135kg
Solid. Never in doubt. Best at this weight is 3x3 I think so this is a PB of sorts.

Snatch Pulls 5x3 @ 90kg
Easy weight.

Curls 3x10 @ 20kg
For the gurlz.

Abs and stuff

Good session. Really pleased with the squats. Look forward to maxing soon.

11-21-13 RSR Week 4 Day 2 - Last day of training at Uni this year.

Power Snatch up to 1 @ 80kg (5kg PW, BODYWEIGHT POWER SNATCH!)
YES! Weighed in at 79.2kg just before training. Lightest in ages, but lean. Missed 80 once forward and then got it. Not technically brilliant but I am very pleased.

Squat 6x2 @ 120kg
Routine

Press up to 5 @ 50, 53, 55, 60, 53, 50kg
Instead of Push Press. Because.

Dips 3x6 @ 30kg

Abs and Stuff

Good last session in the UK before Christmas. Pleased with the Power Snatching, but I really need to do tons of pulls to strengthen my back.

9-12-13 RSR Week 4 Day 1

Muscle Snatch up to 3x5 @ 55kg
These were good, though not as fast as I would've liked.

Squat up to 5x5 @ 128kg
First and second set were tougher than fourth and fifth.

Pull Ups 2x5, 7 @ 30kg
I'd really like to get 10 with this soon.

Abs
Yup...

Stretching and stuff after. Good session overall, though nothing special. Pleased with how my squats felt though. Need to listen to Sim and not initiate by showing my bum out.

6-12-13 RSR Week 3 Day 3

Power Clean and Power Jerk up to 1 @95kg
I think this is a 5kg PB, though I've done 90 for 1/3 and multiple doubles. Definitely the heaviest power jerk I've ever done

Squat 6x2 @ 120kg
Very routine by now

Pull Ups 3x8 @ 25kg
Rep PB for multiple sets I guess, but then I never do more than 5 or 6

Curls 3x8 @ 17.5kg

'Jack Abs' 3x8 @ 35kg

Cheers man! Actually it's been really good to practice my technique, as my squatting technique tended to be dodgy...it's slightly less dodgy now. Started about a week too late as I will finish just around Christmas. Maybe all the extra carbs will add gains?

4-12-13 RSR Week 3 Day 2

Squat 6x6 @ 120kg
Actually quite easy.

Push Press 5x2 @ 80, 82, 85, 87, 90 (5kg Double PB)
Felt like going heavy. Pinged a nerve in my upper back slightly, oh well.

Dips 3x5 @ 25kg
Just felt like going light on dips this week.

Face Pulls 3x20
Volume! Didn't make upper back feel any better.

Abs
