If you're basing your routine around 5x5 you are training each lift rather frequently. You may be better squatting once, deadlifting once, benching once and then having a back workout day each week instead of trying to do all the lifts every session. It takes a while to adapt to the demands of strength training.

If you have no one experienced to give you any help, there are some superb lifters/coaches on here and if you put up videos of your lifts I'm sure you will get help and advice.

Thanks for the advice jabba, yeah I am just a beginner so I want to do everything which as you have said is not a good idea every session, we are limiting what we do as dont want to overdo it, still trying to get my techniques up to scratch Happy
