You may be better squatting once, deadlifting once, benching once and then having a back workout day each week instead of trying to do all the lifts every session. It takes a while to adapt to the demands of strength training. If you have no one experienced to give you any help, there are some superb lifters/coaches on here and if you put up videos of your lifts I'm sure you will get help and advice. Good luck with it Sir.
