So after not training since 18-09-2013 i decided i need to get back to the gym as all ive done is eat really bad food and get fat and since my job is behind a desk i dont do much in the way of lifting! So here goes...... 4-9-13 Squat 40Kg x10 x10 60kg x5 feels good 75kg 5x5 New PB Deadlift 75Kg x5 105kg x5 sore back from squats I presume Bench press 40kg 5x10 60kg x2 x1 x1 x1 Curls on bar 20kg 5x10 Dumbbell press 12kg each hand x20 Feel good after tonight's session although squats are taking toll on my lower back. But I guess no pain no gain right? | |||

Joe_MF said: your grip will improve the longer you are deadlifting/gripping things for. If your warmup weights arent with double overhand grip, try it. It improves grip a lot even when you switch to alternating grip. Yeah will certainly try double overhand thanks! | |||
