So after not training since 18-09-2013 i decided i need to get back to the gym as all ive done is eat really bad food and get fat and since my job is behind a desk i dont do much in the way of lifting!

So here goes......

your grip will improve the longer you are deadlifting/gripping things for. If your warmup weights arent with double overhand grip, try it. It improves grip a lot even when you switch to alternating grip.
