Currently deciding how to program bench and over head side by side. Its clear that high frequency benching is what helps the most but its hard to do that alongside overhead work. Might just have to give in and drop bench to once a week and focus on overhead strength. Either way I'll be doing pushing of some sort 3 times a week.

Cheers! and it doesn't look likely that ill compete this year, my current plan is to just enjoy my training and get as strong as I can in both power lifting and weightlifting movements without worrying about peaking / changing weight for a comp. I view competitions as wasted training time atm haha, especially with my current rate of progress, confident I can hit a 600kg total without much trouble. No doubt ill compete in 2016 though, need to show off the work I've been putting in eventually!
