Its clear that high frequency benching is what helps the most but its hard to do that alongside overhead work. Might just have to give in and drop bench to once a week and focus on overhead strength. I view competitions as wasted training time atm haha, especially with my current rate of progress, confident I can hit a 600kg total without much trouble.
