Weightlifting Club Snatches,(30kg x 3) x 5 Hang Cleans, (40kg x 3) x 5, 50kg x 3, 60kg x 3, 70kg x 3 Jerk, 40kg x 3, 70kg x 3, 40kg x 5 Back Squat, 100kg x 5, 120kg x 5 < - probably the easiest set of squats I've ever done, hit all 5 reps with no pause at the top (farris style ), beltless aswell... ..................................................................................................................................................... Back Squat 132.5kg x 2 132.5kg x 2 132.5kg x 2 132.5kg x 2 132.5kg x 2 132.5kg x 2 Ed Coan Deadlift Routine - Week 4 150kg x 1 180kg x 1 200kg x 1, was meant to be 197.5kg x 2, was a slow 200kg though. 165kg x 3 165kg x 3 165kg x 3, was meant to be 5 triples but I really couldn't be bothered. Bored with deadlifts tbh, just want to clean and snatch. Will most likely stick with it till the end though. RSR probably isn't helping but whatever. Snatch 20kg - 35kg, multiple reps 40kg x 1 45kg x 1 47kg x 1 = PB, will count this as my first official PB. 40kg x 3 40kg x 2 Snatch is feeling much better, looking to gradually creep up the 1rm, will do 50-55 in tomorrows weightlifting session, and then back off with some reps at 40-45kg. ...................................................................................................................................... 2nd Session Back and Bicep bro sesh tonight | |||

Cable Rows, 3 sets Preacher Curls, 4 sets Pulldowns, 2 sets Pull-ups x 8 Dumbbell Curls Just finished with some light back and bicep work aswell as stretching out my chest a huge amount while working on my overhead position, getting much better! | |||
