c**tos said: Liquid chalk is not better. If you use that at a real gym everyone will assume you are a bender. The gym i use it in doest allow powdered chalk, only in the powerlifting area. The gym i train in is where andy bolton, jim nuttal and so on and so on train at, so real enough.

i like the way you got arse pile and lick all in the same sentance! and in the correct order to ensure maximum head inflation!

jt said: keeping an online journal is a big step for me most of my training is conducted alone and therefore private and personal the idea of spilling out all my training for the rest of the world to peruse is quite alien to me so make it 183 My nosyness can sometimes get the better of me. One reason why i wondered was because you did some high reps on a still very big weight twice after your max rep. The other reason is knowing what other people are doing in the gym and at competitions can help me gauge where i am in comparrison and without any arse licking intended, it is even more interesting to look at someone who is at the top of the pile. Im sure there are a lot of people who like to do the same who dont ask, so i guess it is sometimes rude to ask.

Squats 1x60 1x80 1x100 1x120 1x140 1x160 1x180 1x200 light wraps Fx220 bottled it Fx160 bottled it Fx160 head totally f**ked now Didn't even have a decent stab at the 220, as soon as I felt the wraps bite I bottled the c**t? f**k knows why. Walked the 160 out twice and straight back in. Been at it an hour and a half to do that pile of s**t and was soaked. Taking the rest of the week off, I'm f**ked. Have constant pain in my lower right back, right quad, both hamstrings, right pec, groin and more worryingly my left testicle. Need some rest. Is it not a bit dangerous training in the rain mate? Ive considered it before but not dared.

Training Today Front Squats 20kg x 5 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 5 140kg x 5 140kg x 3 130kg x 5 120kg x 5 Standing Strict Press 20kg x 5 50kg x 5 70kg x 3 90kg x f,f (f**king disgracefull) 80kg x 3 (grinders, even more f**king disgracefull) Average front squat session Wank shoulder pressing. Just cant get comfy with an olympic bar as opposed to the axle. Wrists hurt, back hurts leaning back. Need to get the shoulders built up now elbow is on mend but still holding me back a fair bit
