The gym i use it in doest allow powdered chalk, only in the powerlifting area.

The gym i train in is where andy bolton,jim nuttal and so on and so on train at, so real enough.

My nosyness can sometimes get the better of me.

One reason why i wondered was because you did some high reps on a still very big weight twice after your max rep.

The other reason is knowing what other people are doing in the gym and at competitions can help me gauge where i am in comparrison and without any arse licking intended, it is even more interesting to look at someone who is at the top of the pile.

Im sure there are a lot of people who like to do the same who dont ask, so i guess it is sometimes rude to ask.

Didn't even have a decent stab at the 220, as soon as I felt the wraps bite I bottled the c**t? f**k knows why. Walked the 160 out twice and straight back in. Been at it an hour and a half to do that pile of s**t and was soaked.

Taking the rest of the week off, I'm f**ked. Have constant pain in my lower right back, right quad, both hamstrings, right pec, groin and more worryingly my left testicle. Need some rest.


Is it not a bit dangerous training in the rain mate?

Ive considered it before but not dared.

Average front squat session

Wank shoulder pressing. Just cant get comfy with an olympic bar as opposed to the axle. Wrists hurt, back hurts leaning back.

Need to get the shoulders built up now elbow is on mend but still holding me back a fair bit Unhappy
