Yeah you can do but that isnt as convenient as just putting it to the front.

also, i can be a nothch bigger or smaller within a day or two and its a right faff adjusting a lever belt

Youngy asked for some reccomendations and i reccomended an APT single prong 10mm thick belt. I have one and its a beauty. Extremepowerlifting sell them on the net.

Good value and youngy ended up getting the same. (Its the blue one with a black horizontal stripe)

Log Press - 1x clean and press from chest

68kg x 5,5 STRICT ONE MOTION
88kg x 4 STRICT ONE MOTION

Used legs from now on

100kg x 2 AWFUL
100kg x 3
90kg x 7
90kg x 4

Stone - 100kg

49inch - 5 - ONE MOTION
61INCH - 3 - ONE MOTION

LOG - OK but shoulder and triceps were still fried from thursdays pressing

STONE - Happy with these, first go with stones for nearly 2 months

Lever belts are quality but the lever can get in the way when doing stronman type stuff as it is quite bulky.

The first thing i lose strength on is my shoulders mate.
As you are also tall i can only put it down to a lack of nutrition/kals as i suffer when i drop off the eating.Some times over pressing and lack of tricep strength but mainly eating.

My shoulders have more ups and downs than a whores knickers
