Not really worried about the weight now. Just a bit of cardio seen as though im so unfit!
Sickness bug is helping with the weight loss but not good when my homemade curry, rice and my pre-sleep cottage cheese and muller light smoothie comes back up again!!!

Loads of core work,abs.

Couldnt be arsed, still knackered from sunday, resting up now until the comp

I left all the arm training stuff behind a long while ago.

What did work best for me was skull crushers, heavy pushdowns for tri,s and barbell curls for the bi,s.

Dont bother now and havnt noticed that much difference with all the indirect work they get.
