Joni - You have done 5 on 150 which i aint, the race is on!! Having a week off from them has helped also!

My explination is only my opinion and not neccesarily the truth but after many sad moments working it out, it is my only conclusion!!

Gets very complicated when guys get bigger.

Bigger guys tend to have more bodyfat as it is very hard to get to monsterous proportions without adding a bit of the old blubber.

Tends to favour the leaner smaller lifters as they can keep the fat off and the strength high! Probably why andy bolton is such a beast as he can pull 3xBW at his size!

Lost about a stone in sweat before benching, not too bothered as its been a few months since i last benched

The thought behind it was to just build up some shoulder,tricep strength mate.

My technique seems to have got better when using the legs but my pressing power lets me down. Whether it will help or not is another story!

150kg x 11m - Dropped to 140kg and finished last 9m
100kg x 20m

Log Press

68kg x 5 STRICT
88kg x 4 STRICT
100kg x f STRICT - dreadfull
90kg x 5 Cleaned each rep, s**te, couldnt be bothered.
68kg x 13 STRICT

Speed Axle Deads

50kg x 10
90kg x 5
130kg x 5
160kg x 5

Overall a crap session, red hot, and doing the farmers first completely knackered me for anymore training afterwards.

Note to oneself - Farmers near end of the session! We live and learn

Can't mate unfortunately. I may try to train with Millsy early Friday afternoon? But not sure yet.

If not it will be log/deadlifts/tyre/medley & stones on the Sunday. Sounds f**king horrendous lol
