JC - Back to deadlifting is very uplifting.
Not 100% sure im not doing the novice final but ive said no more comps until my elbow is sorted which would have to happen very soon if i am to compete. Want to concentrate on my training/rehab and do well at the 105's so dont want any distractions.

Ben - Cheers mate, trainings going well apart from the pressing. We both know what stupid pressing injuries are like!!

Smalley - 140-220 is lightweight baby!!!! Was just tired from events so left it!

Cheers guys.

Tony - Millsy - I would like to see if you two could get the 160 off the floor at mine. Diameter is huge and could only just get it off the floor. The 175 is another story again, even bigger.

The 175 at cleggys is a walk in the park compared to my 160!
