do you know the lower bicept measurment size?

Just measured with the sleeve pressed flat on the table and it was 13cm across so times that by 2 for all the way round and it should be something near 26cm. That is the bottom of the sleeve which goes round the forearm and the top is roughly 33cm.

Need to be fairly tight and stretchy and are just a bit too tight for me and my bicep is about 17inch relaxed

Make sure you push & strict on the same day mate

3 pressing would be overkill IMO

Yeah will do. Think i will alternate it each week so strict first/push second and vice versa.

Plenty of work to be done!

I am going to include fronties every week from now on

Mick does them every week and has lost no back squat strength whatsoeva

If you push press on a Mon/Tues you should be fine to log on Sat, then start the cycle again. All IMO of course

That will do me nicely.Fronties, pushies, stricties and logies for the win.

Cheers mate

Fronties look ok to me mate

Stick with the stricts, v good for shoulder/tricep pressing power IMO

Also trying to get in push press and log everyweek and dont know hw to fit it all in?!

Dont want to over-press?!

Liquid chalk is not better. If you use that at a real gym everyone will assume you are a bender.

The gym i use it in doest allow powdered chalk, only in the powerlifting area.

The gym i train in is where andy bolton, jim nuttal and so on and so on train at, so real enough.

i like the way you got arse pile and lick all in the same sentance!

and in the correct order to ensure maximum head inflation! Wink

keeping an online journal is a big step for me most of my training is conducted alone and therefore private and personal

the idea of spilling out all my training for the rest of the world to peruse is quite alien to me

so make it 183Wink

My nosyness can sometimes get the better of me.

One reason why i wondered was because you did some high reps on a still very big weight twice after your max rep.

The other reason is knowing what other people are doing in the gym and at competitions can help me gauge where i am in comparrison and without any arse licking intended, it is even more interesting to look at someone who is at the top of the pile.

Im sure there are a lot of people who like to do the same who dont ask, so i guess it is sometimes rude to ask.
