I have recently changed my preferred undergarment choice to briefs after some intense rubbing from boxers riding up. This solved all issues. If your legs rub together, chances are boxers will ride and compound the problem

If you are stuck between xbox360 and ps3, buy a ps3. Even if it is more expensive, you will probably recoup the cost by not paying to get online. Xbox360 requires Xbox live membership to go online and connect with friends.

Squat:
up to
105 x 5 x 3 sets all good, easy

Paused Bench:
up to 90 x 3 x 3 sets
felt heavier than 90 should.

Chinups:
2.5kg x 5 x 3 sets
