65k x 7 pb (since shoulder op that is lol) pb was 140k onceUnhappy in 1992

Clean and press from floor no belt or starps:
45k x 5
50k x 5
60k x 3
65k x 5
80k x 5
90k x 7 (1 missed on lock) pb

Dips with bands hard at lockout
3 x 15 reps easy

close grip bench
60 x 5
80x 5 stopped because shoulder told me off!

Squat was nice. Ive started to pause my squats because I struggle on the lower in everything, squats, deads, press! paused should help I hope?

More impressed with the snatch, prob because I don't have the flexability to do this move.

Whatever your doing it appears to work for you so keep going until your rasberry rippled like me. This is not an exact science or we would all be doing exactly the same routne.

Glad you do your own thing Mr Tom. If I could squat more than once a week I would. But Im f**ked.

Yes nails. At the gym when I do farmers I can sometimes go 155 each hand (not as much as you lol) then people are shocked that Im not getting big one rep deads.Its pathetic that I cant budge them. I think my prob is flexibility.

Nice Q I was wondering myself-

I struggle with the pick so my Max is only 240. However my 18inch is 322 I havnt tried heavier but I can lockout anything from the knee. I envy those that can get that initial pick.
