Costco is doing 20% off USN whey protein 2.28kg x 2 for 57.57. Im off there now to pick up 10!

Waitrose was diong salmon half price. I ordered 160 pounds worth- worked out 1 pound per 125g fillet. Filled the frezzer up.

Bulk buy is the way foreward....

I can see you train very simular to me and are roughly the same strength.

You got me on the deadlift though! will have to keep an eye on you to see if I can steal some deadlift tips.

Deadlift: all strapless just chalk, my grip has returned.

210k x 3 felt there was more, stopped.

Deadlift fast pulls: 100k pluss green band 8 sets of 3 reps.

Goodmornings:
51k x 5
60k x 5
70k x 3
80k x 5
93k x 3.

Bentover rows strapless overhand.

60k x 15
100k x 15 x 2 sets.

Hyperextensions:

I mix it up nowadays- back and legs get a lot of crossover- romaians and hypers on leg day- sometimes power cleans on back day. all jumbled depending on how I feel. Though stones and tyre etc where it feels comfy.Happy

Chest and arms are an afterhought. Can go weeks without much chest work.. although I do do a lot of heavy or banded dips- Glenn Ross cites this as a key exercise for shoulder power.

My body has changed over the years from big arms and chest quads to big back, traps and hams. I prefer they way I look and train now, so does my wifeWink

That was in Flex about 20 years ago lol. They werent dead though. I remeber thinking another expensive overhyped product at the time. About as much use as FRAC for those old enough to recall that one!
