No. tbh Ive havent sorted it thinking it would heal itself (it didnt and its ben over 6 months). Anti-inflams, hadnt thought of that, sensible idea. Actualy, my newyearsresolution is going to be to start seeing the gym physio and to stratch. Yea Ive got this on the right. Dr said mine was NOT ruptured and advised elivated soles. However, farmers and yolk now hurts to hell. In addition, I walk out of bed like a Frankinstein every morning for at least 1 hour. I suspose I should stretch it..... hifilover said:f**kity f**k f**k f**k... Left achilles tendon... Jenkins frame carry was amazing. Most had grip issues, reminded me of the year Phill Phifster won where everone tore callouses off because of humidity on the duck lift up the stairs. This event opened the field. | |||

You love your reps sir. Still your in good company, the mighty Bill Kazmre used to train with high reps. well done for sticking to your plan, thats not always easy to do. High reps are hard sessions. |
