Yep, I try to keep the thick axle bar cleans the same style as the oly bar.

I think it will look and feel nicer come comp time and my grip is not to bad so it doesnt fly out of my hands!

I dont often do them but can bang out 50 in a couple of sets. Honestly, weighted or high rep I feel NOTHING in the morning and see no point in them.

I do however, do them for fun now and again to piss the PT's off at my gym who cannot beat me,,,,yet.

I would say, the lighter you are the more weight you should be able to add?
