im reading a series of books called the "left behind series" theres 14 books in total and im on the 4th one

there all about being left behind of god takes his christians to heaven and the apocalypse happens etc really good read

haha funny i think he means vit b and it can be in an injectable its water based so hurts like fook.
its fuuny how people that dont take steroids have a lot to say about people that do.

2 things come to my mind

andy bolton is a gifted and strong powerliftier and he is awesome at what he does. met him once and he had a lot of time for some me he is humble and loves to give advice.not arrogant and not up hes own arse

does andy bolton care weather he is drug free or not id doubt he really cares what a few meer mortals discuss about him
