The last two months of squat stuff with slowly adding the weight have been well worth it, my conditioning to squatting every day is ridiculous now. More and more heavier sessions as well

What would you suggest for someone who struggles with squatting/benching/deadlifting more than once a week and wants to move this up to higher frequency, for example Squat+bench 3x a week, deads once a week. Is it possible to jump straight into this if you keep the intensity levels lower or do you need to gradually build up the frequency?

cheers mate. you should get at least 10kg, on average id say most people get around 20kg out of wraps.

You wrap yourself or get someone else to do it?

Got any comps planned?

27th May

Paused squats
BWx10
60kgx5
80kgx5
100kgx3
110kgx1
120kgx1
135kg 2x3
135kg 1x5 -last 2 reps regular squats

Incline bench
Barx5
40kgx3
60kgx3
80kgx3
90kgx2
100kg 3x3 - last rep paused on each set

Hack squat SS with Chestpress machine
3x15 each

Leg extensions ss with incline DB flies
5x15 each

Fitness stuff
Air squats 100 reps
Push-ups 100 reps

Done.

Todays session was a pretty early one and I had basically no food in me, couple this with still not being recovered from last session and this turns what should be an easy session into being pretty difficult. Next session il probably just do some BB stuff, some fitness and some foam rolling to let my legs and back recover.

I would imagine that it would be extremely difficult to recover from this much, workouts would be very long as well as training everyday it seems a bit rediculous. No percentages are given but I imagine you would have to stay well away from your maxes/failure with all sets being pretty easy.

Foam roll and get a sports massage if you can.

From my experience jst rest is nt enough and either it wont go away or you wil stop feeling tightness but you will end up pulling something again

Any idea what any of these guys can do raw? Don't think iv ever seen raw totals from malanichev or yarymbash. Im guessing malanichev will be doing the australian meet with eric lilliebridge as a raw meet.

Strong stuff dom, good squatting. I wanna try squatting in knee wraps sometime in the future just to see what I can get out of them.
