22nd July - Deload week 1 Axle Pushpress 75 3x5 Strict press 4x10 Paused Bench 90x5 100x5 60 5x10 Arm work - Bi and tri's superset 4x20 on both exercises. Fin. No motivation at all for yesterdays workout and was feeling tired and weak, was a good decision to start the deload this week. Found out late today that il be working away for a few days so next session will be Saturday or Sunday. | |||

19th July Squats BWx10 60x8 100x5 120x3 140x3 150x1 160x1 170x1 (beltless PB) Add belt 180x1 190x1 PB 200x1 20kg PB Front squats 60x8 100 4x8 - last rep on all sets was paused for 5 seconds Hamsrting curls 4x20 per leg SLD's 140 4x8 Pull-ups BW 5x5 Fin. Legs are sore as hell today but it was worth it, an awesome session. Now deciding if to push it hard for another week, think I will have a 2 week deload though starting monday as im happy with the progress iv made these last few weeks. Vid of 200 squat | |||

Previous best was 180 at 101kg bw before today so very very happy to hit a 20kg PB whilst being a bit lighter. Form felt really good up until these 2 lifts, but as you can see my knees come in on the way up on these 2 lifts, im happy with the depth etc though. 190kg - Belt & knee sleeves 200kg - Belt & knee sleeves | |||

Still struggling with keeping hydrated though at work, jst trying to find out howmuch I need to drink to keep properly hydrated. | |||

11th July Not been able to train until today due to the gym being shut and also feeling like crap, hayfever has been a pain in the arse and was ill yesterday due to working in the sun on tuesday and not drinking enough water. Still wasn't feeling great today but felt like I needed to do something, turned out to be a good decision. Deadlift 60x5 100x5 140x3 180x2 200x2 220x1 230x1 240x1 250x2 PB! - Previous best was 245x1 Deficit RDL's 120 3x10 Hamstring curls 3x20 per leg Seated leg press 5x8 Fin. Would of been happy getting 240 today so was very pleased, feeling knackered now though. | |||
