» Yoke Tips/help needed (Go to post)03-08-2013 @ 17:08
Benvie said:JC gives great advice, the only thing I would add is try to strengthen your abs as you seem quite unsteady and I found that stronger abs helped my yoke a great deal.

This plus JC's Advice.

Smaller steps and squeezing your abs should help alot, so that your not staggering around like in the vid you posted.

A workshop, is this to build kit

More than likely no. Its mick manleys workshop and has nothing to do with the gym. Think he is paying towards the rent.

Its been split into sections, and one of them sections is now a workshop. Now there isnt enough room for the equipment.

I heard that Junction has moved, does anyone know if they still have the strongman equipment? I saw some bits being sold off be Neil.

Also saw that a few have been training at Hulks, but its a bit too far from me Unhappy

Cheers! Duncan

They still have bits, it depends on what you are after.

Plus the gym is a bit of a mess at the moment and really the only ones training there atm are those who have there own keys...

I think around170 push press at the minute. I failed a 170 log at the end of that session but I only failed it because I pressed it at the wrong angle I think I've got it strength wise

That would be rediculous, hopefully you get it soon
» James Ward 150kg Strict Log (Go to post)28-07-2013 @ 18:23
Ridiculous! Must be at around 165-170 pushpress?
