Im in this boat, messaged last night to say site would be closed today for 3 weeks.

Can get £93 a week which not much use at all, especially when my other half is on maternity and only getting 550ish a month

Whenever i go down to London for sporting events etc ive always thought i would hate to live there and probably more now than ever.

Struggled with arching on bench which made things a bit more difficult, think it was my glutes or lower back causing the problem, was extremely sore in this area the next 2 days as well, struggling with recovery so time to deload volume next week.

Kila was so impressive, his speed is ridiculous which is why he will win at wsm this year and looking very good on the dumbbell again, Thor was close to the 330 though!

I don't think it matters if Thor and Brian shaw where 180, they still cannot match kila's speed.

Think this is going to go down to damage limitation for kila on deadlifts and hoping thor doesn't perform well on the frame. Kila will be the only person to do the heaviest dumbell.
