Thought about 230 squat, 190 bench and 280 deadlift.. There should be some room for a liitle extra in bench and deadlift..but that's what I'm going for ATLEAST.. | |||

12.03.11 Turku RAW bench press competition. (RAW final qualifier) Competition went well on my behalf! Was a little cautious about my opening lift because I had to give the weight before I even got the chance to warm myself up properly. My last and only preparation practise didn't go to fabolously so I opened up with a 185k'r. Then to the competition itself.. First lift came up like it was shot out of a cannon. 3-0 good lift. Second lift was 195kg. Lift started out nicely from the chest but on the midway thru it felt like s**t..but was able to get it up. 3-0 good lift. For the last lift I loaded my PR of 202,5 kg's but I didn't have the gas in me anymore so it failed 3-0. I belive my condition at the time is 200 which is good for me at this time of year. Promises good result for the upcoming RAW final! 15.03.11 Legs. Squat: 20 x 20kg, 2 x 8 x 60kg, 3 x 100kg, 3 x 140kg, 3 x 170kg, 1 x 200kg, 1 x 220kg Leg extension: 4 x 12 Leg curls: 3 x 12 Ab crunches: 2 x 12 f**king nice and pretty fast one!! Took a starting weight lift on the squat for next weeks saturdays gym powerlifting competition which is in the neighbour town. 220 came out fairly nice so that is where I'm going to start from.My goal for the competition is to get +700 k's which I don't consider to be impossible if all goes well. Thursday is the time to check out the deadlift opening weights.. | |||

..Back in business.. My whole body was hurting after last weeks events sesh although it wasn't that heavy. I couldn't get a massage for last week so I decided to take a good rest and stretch myself open during the time off. Felt pretty good too to stay off the gym for a week. At the beginnig of this week I got some sort of throat sickness but I think I can manage it with some antibiotics. Body was screaming for gym anyways.. ![]() 10.03.2011 Morning - Touching up the bench for saturdays competition.. Going to a bench press competition on Saturday to near by town so had to do some waking up on it. Lifting felt pretty loose and steady. Went to 120 kilos with competition singnaled lifts and left it there. Decided to do some deads so I could get some pressure for the whole body too. Went to 180 kilos with triple reps 10.03.2011 Evening - Fronties. Went to do some front squats the same time as my son was having a weightlifting practise. Did this without belt so I could get the mid section of my body really to work for the second time today. Went with triple reps up to 180 kilos on witch I took a double. On top of that I did a rep with 190 which was a beltless record. Next report will be after saturdays comprtitions.. | |||

Farmers: 50m x 50kg, 50m x 100kg, 50m x 122kg Military log 12": 2 x 7 x 45kg, 5 x 85kg, 5 x 120kg Stones: 100kg, 120kg, 140kg, 160kg Back wasn't entirely at it's best..I could tell from the warm up's on farmies already. Farmers went ok..not enough speed but decend.. Was a bit test to my hands because of the torn calluses but they lasted. Logging was on a light mode today because there wasn't that much time from the heavy sesh. Stones were glued to the floor..or atleast that's what they felt like so no to heavy sets today.. | |||

Deads: 2 x 10 x 60kg, 5 x 100kg, 5 x 140kg, 3 x 180kg, 2 x 220kg (suit on), 2 x 260kg, 2 x 285kg PR, 1 x 300kg PR Ab's on a cable machine with a raising weight: 4 x 12 24.02.2011 Log lift 12". 2 x 3 x 97,5kg, 3 x 122,5kg, 1 x 142,5kg, 2 x 152,5kg (each rep off the floor) PR Bench press: 10 x 70kg, 10 x 110kg, 9 x 140kg What a record week!! Had a small muscle inflammation on my upper back but was able to take care of it during the weekend. Deadlift went nicely as a first pull with a new suit. Pulled with straps because I didn't want my calluses to rip any more than they already were. Hopefully I will get them in shape. Log lift went great with the new log!! One rep with 152,5 kilo's would have satisfied me but I got it nice enough so I went for another. Now a good rest and were on again in next week. | |||

17.02.2011 Squat: 2 x 8x 70kg, 5 x 120kg, 3 x 150kg, 3 x 180kg, 1 x 200kg, 1 x 210kg, 3 x 210kg Situps: 3 x 10 Legs felt pretty sore from the events so the double 5's were merely a dream.. 18.02.2011 Bench: 2 x 10 x 60kg, 10 x 100kg, 3 x 140kg, 3 x 160kg, 1 x 180kg (with a stop) Cable machine pulldowns: 3 x 15/70-90kg Dumbell curls: 3 x 12 Ab's on a incline: 3 x 12 End of the week with a slight ache on the upper back. ![]() | |||
