Post Edited: 25.10.2009 @ 16:43 PM by Frifeldt Joni you f**king c**t!! Have you been messing around with my comment under my avatar pic..?!?! ![]() 25.10.09 Deads with axle & some other stuff.. Axle deadlift: 2 x 8 x 60kg, 8 x 100kg, 5 x 150kg, 5 x 180kg, 3 x 200kg, 3 x 225kg, 1 x 240kg PR Deads under(~5cm)the knee: 6 x 120kg, 6 x 160kg, 8 x 200kg Pullups (wide grip): 2 x 6 1 x 8 Ab wheel: 2 x 10 Almost stayed home because of stiffness in the body. Glad I didn't..Nice session with "the gang". PR:s went down in the axle because I haven't done them with higher weight then 150K. Felt good and considered about going higher but I decided to leave it to 240K..so I wouldn't have to cry about the miss later on.. ![]() ![]()

Harrivaara said:Man, what a nice piece of equipment!! Thanks Topi ![]() But don't paint it yet...I need to feel that cold steel on my shoulder ![]() Don't know if I can wait.. ![]() Took it once to the soulder today..a BIT different from ordinary handle.. ![]() 22.10.09 Fronties and some deads.. Front squat: 10 x 50kg, 10 x 70kg, 8 x 90kg, 8 x 110kg, 10 x 130kg, 2 x 5 x 150kg, 5 x 130kg Deadlift (standing on a block): 5 x 120kg, 5 x 150kg, 5 x 180kg Abdominals with cable machine(?): 10 x 40kg, 3 x 12 x 45kg Soulder has been aching from yesterdays presses a lot. Have to put them for a good rest for atleast eight days.. Fronties felt pretty good. Deadlifts we're just to get something else done because I'm not into doing leg machines much.. And for those who didn't understand my ab movement..here's a clip of similar movement. Only I did it standing with a stability ball behind my back..

21.10.09 Mixed pressing. Axle (every rep from the floor): 6 x 50kg, 6 x 70kg, 4 x 90kg, 1 x 100kg, 7 x 110kg, 5 x 110kg Narrow grip bench press: 8 x 60kg, 8 x 80kg, 5 x 100kg, 5 x 130kg, 5 x 150kg, 3 x 165kg Abdominals (with a rising angle on each set): 2 x 10, 4 x 12 Pressing day again. Cleans on the axle didn't have the blast I was hoping for. If only I could have gotten them on the chest without wasting as much energy as I did I know I could have gotten the 8-10 reps what I was hoping for. Maybe I just have to train cleans on the axle more and stop b**ching.. ![]()
