Thing said:good squatting topi

when you say Rehab with some static holds have you had an injury in your core?

Yes. In my lower back. I don't know what is the English name for my injury but there is "too much room" below the lowest disc in my back(?!?!?). It's a constructional fault.

28.10.09 Pressing session..

Viper log 10":

2 x 5 x 75kg,
4 x 95kg,
1 x 110kg,
5 x 120kg + 2 normal presses PR

Circus dumbbell:

6 x ~62kg
8 x ~62kg

Another great session with "the boys" by my side!! Viper log had it's PR in terms of reps. The brand new circus dumbbell didn't weight too much today either. The massage sure did me good!! The company in the practise was the best as always when "the boys" are around.. Grin Cheers for the support mates!!
