15.11.09 Event training.

Farmer's:

2 x 40m x 60kg
40m x 97,5kg,
25m x 123kg,
25m x 133kg

Souldering stone:

2 x 4 x 120kg

Bigger one onto a platform:

1 x 140kg
0 x 140kg
1 x 140kg

Went alright although my back was not fully recovered from thursday deads.
Was supposed to walk more longer lengths but decided to go for more heavier sets and shgorter distances.
Did the shouldering for the first time (except for a single earlier in the year..) whitch felt alright.
On top of those some singles with a big f**ker. Rep number two went to hell because of concentration problem or something.

11.11.09 Weightlifting school for adults..

My sons been in a local weighlifting club for about two months now and they have arranged course for adults also..thought I'd give it a shot and see how it goes with no expectations what so ever about the results. Just having a good time and learn a better technique from an ex-olympic weighlifting champion.
Light session whitch included some cleans, power snatches, squat and push presses from the neck.

12.11.09 Continuing the Magnusson/Ortmayer deadlift program..

DL:

2 x 8 x 60kg,
5 x 110kg,
5 x 150kg,
4 x 4 x 197,5kg,
2 x 225kg,
2 x 252,5kg
8 x 197,5kg

The deadlift went as it was supposed to go in the program althought I had my doubts about how my back was going to hold up because of the added work load.
Very pleased with myself althought the technique fell apart in the bigger weights.
The second rep on the heaviest set was easier in my opinion..
I love this program!! And I can recommend it to anybody!!

..and ofcourse a clip from 2 x 252,5K
