04.12.09 Light weightlifting..

Hang snatch:

2 x 3 x 50kg,
3 x 55kg,
3 x 60kg,
3 x 65kg,
3 x 70kg

Hang clean x 3 + jerk:

3 x 60kg,
3 x 70kg,
3 x 75kg,
3 x 80kg,
3 x 85kg,
3 x 90kg

Clean and jerk:

105kg,
115kg,
125kg (fail)

Deadlift standing on a block:

5 x 150kg,
5 x 190kg

Sit ups:

3 x 12

08.12.09 Light Log lift and some cleans

Log lift 10":

8 x 45kg,
8 x 75kg,
3 x 95kg,
2 x 1 x 115kg

Clean:

4 x 2 x 60kg

+ couple sets of squat with a 100k and 120k..

Last week went to hell because of the evening shift I was having and this week started with an easy log lifting because I have to do some performing lifts with a log on saturday in a weightlifting competition..so this week is going to be pretty light also except for sunday when it's event time!!
I'll be posting some funny snatching and cleans later on..especially the cleans and jerk's are worth looking..the man is literally flying!! :wink:

Incline log is absurd!! Have to max it out pretty soon because I haven't done it yet..PB on sets is 15 x 130kg.. Cool

Bench:

2 x 8 x 60kg,
8 x 80kg,
8 x 100kg,
5 x 130kg,
5 x 145kg,
4 x 155kg,
15 x 105kg (soldier bench)

Cable triceps pressdowns:

4 x 8 (35-55kg)

Sit ups:

3 x 10 (0-10kg + bw)

Just HAD to go and spank myself to gym before going to work cause of the bad session yesterday!!
Pressing felt ok and the abs we're as good as done alredy before the first rep.Grin

Feeling better already..on the mental side..
This week will be "not so heavy"..have to do morning sessions cause of the evening shifts at work.. Unhappy ..except for friday when there SHOULD be some deadlifting..
