11.12.2010 Logging and squatting.

Log 10" (each rep off the floor):

5 x 60kg,
5 x 80kg,
3 x 115kg,
4 x 130kg

Squats on smith and wesson Happy:

5 x 75kg,
5 x 125kg,
3 x 175kg,
3 x 225kg,
1 x 265kg,
0 x 305kg

12.12.2010. 2h massage.


That's the final.
Log was as easy as it gets. Aiming for 6-8 repetitions in worlds. Hoping for a good day on my part..
Pressure was off during the squats. Was going down too carefully..the straps were oh so tight oh so tight. Doesn't matter though..as long as goes in place in the competition.

06.12.10 Some pressing for the independence day. Happy

Log 10":

2 x 8 x 60kg,
5 x 90kg,
3 x 115kg,
5 x 130kg

Short one.
Took each rep from the floor after the sets with 60k's. I was merely testing on how my shoulders would respond after my massage for them. Atleast there was no pain on em..
Some log lifts and squats on before the week ends and that's it for world's

Yep thingy.. I think that it's the most similar movement to machine squat..

28.11.10 Stones.

5 x 100kg,
3 x 120kg,
1 x 140kg,
1 x 160kg

Whole body was a bit too soft from massage. I will train these atleast one more time before the worlds

03.12.10 1h shoulder massage and some squating with equipment.

Squat on a smith machine:

5 x 65kg,
5 x 125kg,
3 x 175kg,
1 x 215kg,
1 x 255kg PR,
1 x 285kg PR

I had a heavy work week behind me again so there was no use on doing anything before my day off. Had to get the shoulder's open before next press session whitch is going to be heavy!
I was pleased on how the first squat session went with equipment. Had to use my deadlift suit because I couldn't get a squat suit that would fit me. Went too deep with these one's comparing to what it's going to be in the competition..atleast was last year. One more heavy duty before competition on this one

JC: Arm over arm could be similar to last year's..who knows..
The last year's log medley was 120kg, 130kg, 140kg, 150kg. Speed will be a factor this year. In both pressing events I'll take my time and equip with good breathers..I believe it will go smoothly.

Joni: I want to believe that I can nail at least a rep on the squat with equipment (suit and straps on). And if I can't then it's too heavy. Happy These are the world's gentleman and I think the weights are as the should be in worlds..HEAVY!!

It's FINALLY official!!
The worlds are on 19th of December in Ukraine!! Happy Man I'm happy for this!!

There will be total of 12 competitors. I don't have their names.

Events are:

1. Arm over arm 18m/60 sec. (don't know what we're pulling.)

2. Dumbell 80kg - 75sec

3. Pole push

4. Log lift 130kg - 60sec

5. Manhood stone for reps - 60 sec height 125cm. First 200kg (60 sec). If you don't get any with 200 then down to 170kg. If you lift 200 even once, it's better than fifty with 170kg.

6. squat 320kg - 60sec

Brutal events and I bet the company is as well!! Cool

25.11.10 Pushies and some deads..

Push press:

2 x 8 x 60kg,
5 x 90kg,
3 x 120kg,
3 x 140kg

Deads:

5 x 70kg,
5 x 120kg,
3 x 160kg,
3 x 200kg,
1 x 240kg

Finito.
Man in need of a massage here!
Took the press too early from last weekend's competition. Shoulders started to ache again so I'll have to let them rest a good while.
Deads weren't explosive at all so didn't put any more weight on that either.
