Just received some results through from the 5th European 'BOYS' WL champs in Italy. More to come as I get them.

Not sure on the make Nico mate. Prpbably Lloyds own, or maybe 'no frills'. So cheap they didnt put a sticker on it to keep the cost down.

BOAR & PURP'S - you lads never disappoint. LMAO.

When you're at Adders Neil mate you need to learn OL lifts. With comments like that you're a natural.

OK. Had a bit of a play last night, only plan A unfortunately, the intended purpose and all that. Gave the knees 15 mins of top intensity on program D 'Heavy kneading'. Seemed to work very well on the joints. After further reading the instructions I had a go with the elbow - 1 pad on the forearm, 1 mid bicep & started on intensity 1. Bit of a mild twitchConfused Bit gay really. Notch 2 saw minor gigglesome spaz like twitching whilst number 3 reminded me of the electrocution scene out of First Blood part 2. The wife had a go and screamed on a measly '2'.
Really looking forward to tonight now. Already dug out the ropes, jelly and blood stained white coat... from last time. Just hope my knees are alrightGrin

Got Fat Pete to pick me one up from his local chemist as they were on sale. Not had chance to try it out on any troublesome joints yet, but will keep you posted as I know you're all dead interested.
Just wondering if any of you guys have had any experience with these things first of all, for their intended purpose, or more importantly incorporated into sexy love games whilst in a drunken stupor (or Plan B as WIGAN calls it).
Any tips, advice, knowledge of necessary lubes etc would be appreciated, and may just save me a trip to hospital.
Cheers lads. You're the best!

Carefull Rob. It may be on the banned listUnhappy

I wish to object in the strongest of terms to my inclusion on the above list. Clean pulls are an assistance exercise that happen to be done by some weightlifters. The fact that stinkin' powerlifters also do them is the merest coincidence.

Nice one Rob. Fast becoming my favourite forum due to the members and the moderating. Free speech still rules here, and long may it continue.
Would consider moving my log over from MT if I were aloud a flash sig with Girls Aloud and a lemon in it. ???

Leave it with youWink

Andy Davies, that well known household name!

Well done WIGERs. What you doing up at this time? Excited much?

I believe Taylor did a push jerk behind neck of over well over 600lbs though, although it was from racks

Who has done the 500lber then? Was it Del? Sadly I guess we don't see or hear much of British olympic lifting these days unless you're inside the loop.

He cleaned 180's for fun but never jerked more than 175
Del topped out at 210 in the games 2002, so no not him. Shame on you allConfused Even google seems confused
