Going for my 1m k certificate this year JW. Seen big Shawn got his and it made me want one. Feel like I want a T-Shirt as well. I'm off to a slow start, with 1m k to go. Where the mind goes the rower follows.

TEAMBOAR***

ps do we have TEAMBOAR T-Shirts? Should we have? How many are we?

I lost the bulk of my bulk last year following OMAD. Not particularly because of the IF benefits (of which their seem to be several) but because I found it less tempting for small meals to become big ones through the day. It was also easier for me to work out a daily diet and stick to it by eating it all in an hour. Wasn't particularly difficult after a time and I only stopped it as I hit target weight and didn't want to keep dropping.

I work with a Nigerian guy who fasts regularly for 48 hours, and has told me that he has done 14d a couple of times in the past without any adverse effects. I mention that he is Nigerian as I suspect that this may be a cultural thing, but his accent is so strong that I can't understand him, and I've asked him twice now. It isn't for sport or religion. Reading up on the benefits of autophagy and it does look interesting.

Yep, almost immediately, as soon as the bad outcomes for heavier people reports came out. It was on the cards anyway so it all fell into place for me. 235lb end of March, 195lb now. 8" of waist gone, heading towards 15%bf. I may drop to 187 in 2021 to make the old light heavy class. I was that weight as a teen so at 50+ it's nice to still be there abouts, but there won't be no comeback.
I did get rushed into hospital in the summer as the GP and nurse shat themselves whilst I was having my old age MOT and thought I was having a heart attack of some description. Several hours of tests later and the head cardiologist asked me if I do any exercise and from that point the penny began to drop with them. All part of life's experiences. Bottom line, I wasn't having a cardiac and was told to keep doing what I was doing. result.

the more interesting question would be in what order they would do me!

I think they would fight over you Ed. They do me.

In recent times I've pondered whether following the Saturdays instead of girls aloud would have helped leg strength. I was so wasted in the 00's it probably wouldn't have mattered.

Excellent foolishness. Looking at those photos you can see how the mermaid legends could start back in the olden days.

Surely all novels start with a single word.
Happy

But every word starts with a single letter, so doesn't that mean that every novel does? Or does this mean anything without the instigating idea behind the word, and letter? I don't know.

Christmas first eh?

My texts (both of them) stated 50-64 YO being the reason for the invitation. I don't feel old, but I didn't feel not old last year. Be interested to hear what official age groups are.

So... intention, tempted, especially tempting, I may go, I may take, play-it-by-ear approach?

People have written novels with less of a start than that Wink

Two what? Tribes? Little boys? Pac?

You can't just say things then leave it you know.
