I will pass on your message, he usually trains Wednesday

Thank you.

I noticed that this post and your next one are missing full stops. Is this a period drama?

Glynn and Turner were early

No surprise there lol.

If you see Turner tomorrow can you wish him happy birthday for me? He used to call me quite often, but I've not heard from him since I changed my number. I hope he's well.

As the thread has gone off topic anyway, anyone with Netflix (or any other means) I can recommend 'Facing Ali'. Focuses more on Ali's challengers through the times Chuvalo, Shavers, Lyle etc. When you realise how good they were you realise how good Ali actually was. Also, Black lightening is worth a look.

So yes of course there are grey areas.
But hate things in the shadows, and hiding the use of PED's in sport.

No apologies needed buddy.
What about Olympics and Sports own DEAs hiding the use of PED's in sport?

If this is true...

slow_lift_joe said:Let have an honest debate

what's the point of this?

Just curious why you would ask for a debate whilst stating that there isn't room for one.

Are you going to Jeff's birthday weekend?

I like to start the day by thinking that 'today could be the day that I meet what will turn out to be a good friend'. Meeting you I expect would be one of those days Billy, assuming that I know who you are of course. I'm sure you're a good egg wherever you are.

Plenty of good roads that side, so definitely up for that with you. I'm assuming that Sundays are best for you for these 1 dayers once the weather breaks? Lands End and JOG will need a good weekend.

Also, are you an early riser? In summer I like to set off when it's just pre light with 'Wanted dead or alive' starting off my playlist.

yes mate definitely interested in all of that , want to try and ride the bike a lot more this year and was planning on doing a solo trip to France so i might do the chunnel and meet you in Caen

Keep me posted on what you're up to Ed. I'll tag along when I can. I'm in the same position where last year was finding my feet (or wheels) again. This year I want to cover some miles.

Could be Berlin now instead.

Possibly Ed, depending on numbers. It's a trip for Jeff's birthday, and the chance to catch up with our French connection Johnathon 'Mishima' Chevalier in his home town. Will probably be via the ferry from Portsmouth. At least a car and if need be bikes as well. Taking in the culture, meals, vino and a good catch up. Be nice to get to Omaha and Bayeux at least while we're there.

I haven't planned them yet, but I'd like to do Lands End and John o groats probably as separate weekends if you fancy. Be having a good luck around the areas while I'm there too. I'll keep you posted if you fancy.

Is there a suitable train station nearby?

There is a train station in Caen from the ferry terminal. I considered all eventualities despite it appearing like I plucked this location from a random pot.

There is also the Gymnasium Haie Vigné nearby which may or may not be populated with Russian gymnasts.

Potential women at the ferry terminal will be approached with great caution.

'Caen Serial Killer' does not return any results, I assume because he hasn't been caught yet.
