Do not google FFM on a work device during your coffee break.

Ha ha. Sorry man. Probably best not to Google any acronyms that I use on a work device, unless you want to risk joining the professional equivalent of the BBC UTAC. Maybe you'll just get the sack. Happy

Anyone else think Melania would be the submissive one in a FFM 3 way?

Seven o' clock on a Friday night?? Make it 17:00 and I'm in.

May be 18:00 but I'll try.

Are Friday nights still what they used to be for you Jon? Not for me ha ha. I'd die now.

Was that video sped up Colossal? Please tell me it was sped up. Impressive stuff.

How do you find them?

Same as really. As I use cleats on both bikes I cycle in cycling shoes which I don't find warm regardless of sockage style. I haven't found a decent solution to this for any rides over an hour. I have some cold weather waterproof sealskin socks which are warm when walking in my Salomons so I suspect the shoe is where the heat gain should be made rather than the sock.

I reckon I could add all 50k of chains to my 16k KB. That would help your squats some.

I have no idea about most of the stuff you train, but looks ace.

I feel better for reading your post Jon. Sad that this is dragging on. I was forced into a 15 against 1 fair fight back in my teens and surprisingly I got the s**t kicked out of me. Healed up fast enough apart from what turned out to be a bush intercostal. Bad news - hard to diagnose without a friendly orthopaedic, good news - cortisone for the win. Hope its fast for you x

I'll take that. One Southern Comfort every new year's eve. As long as it's only a single and not a double

Pretty sure new years eves only come in singles, although this may not be true of the next one.

I've contemplated this one too. I'd call mine "The Big Arms" (like the Mort arms, but different) . If it ever comes about and I get the frontage hand painted I may need you to model your wrists for the main graphic. I can't offer much by way of remuneration, but could throw in free alcoholic drinks for you for life.
