What channel is it on? I've been keeping up on build up. You seen Shamrock has been living out of his car last few months? He said he wanted to get back to how he was. His upbringing was brutal. Fighting and homeless aged 10. The man is my hero. Hope he wins, think he will. He's in great shape. 50 years old now though. He's best fighter ever. In his prime nobody came close.

Arms workout again. Still hurting from bench.

And I'm trying to get all 3 onto the same video but it just keeps saying 'Error- Fighters are too s**t' when I try to do it. I'll keep trying you ugly c**t.

Bench Press- 60kg x 10, 80kg x 10, 100kg x 10, 110kg x 5, 125kg x 5,4,3,2,1 reps.

Cable flyes- 3 x 15 reps

Press ups to failure.

You're easier to work out than Audley Harrison.......and have a jaw like a chandelier........and hands like sponges........and an alarmingly tiny todger........but I'll upload it for you and put it on here. What's happening with your new house then?

Shoulder press- (machine) 25kg x 15, 45kg x 15, 65kg x 10, 85kg x 5, 95kg 3 x 3 100kg x 1, 45kg x 15 reps. (All weight per side)
Dumbbell front raises/side raises- superset 10-10 x 3 sets.

Lat Pull downs- 3 x 8 reps
Rope pulls- full resistance- 3 x 30 secs.

Leg extensions- 3 x 15 reps

Press ups (20) Kettle bell swings (20) and medicine ball abs supersets x 3.

Pec Dec- 3 x 15 reps

Just normal ones. Nose touches the floor. None of the cheating bulls**t..... But I did do it 'girl style' and was on my knees instead.

Oh god I can't even joke about that without feeling ashamed. Proper press ups.

Bench- 60kg x 10, 80kg x 10, 100kg x 10, 110kg x 3, 120kg x 2, 130kg 7 x 1 rep, 60kg x 10 reps.

Machine flyes- 3 x 10 reps.

Press ups- 44 (amount the brother needs to get in 2 mins for army selection) in 29 secs.

Back stretches and cross trainer.

Shoulder press (machine again) - PER SIDE- 30kg x 12, 50kg x 10, 70kg x 8, 80kg x 6, 85kg x 6, 90kg x 3, 95kg x 3 reps, 40kg x 20 reps.

Superset of Dumbbells full range and Arnold presses- 20 x 20 reps.

Side par raises- 3 x 10 reps.
