Could've gone higher but didn't want to do myself in again......felt easier than I remember. Then did circuits and stretching. http://youtu.be/F3DN08FYWko 29/12/2015 Bench- 60kg X 10, 80kg X 10, 100kg X 5, 110kg X 3, 120kg X 2, 130kg X 1, 140kg for two singles. 80kg X 10. Shoulder press- (Olympic bar) 60kg X 5,5,5 (strict), 80kg X 3 (1strict,2push) Fluffed up on pec Dec and cables. | |||
