Log Press (from chest)- 68kg 2 x 5 reps, 80kg x 10, 8, 6, 4 and 2 reps. Mainly strict presses.
Fluffed up biceps with hammer curls as can't twist wrist still.

Shoulder Press (in front and behind head) 40kg 3 x 20 reps
Side raises/plate raises-twists- double set 3 x 15 reps on each

Pull ups/Pull downs- double set 5 x pull ups, 10 pull downs x 3 sets
Kettle bell single lat pulls- 24kg 3 x 10 on each side
Reverse pull ups- 3 x 15 reps
Lat pull downs (behind head) 3 x 10 reps
Upright rows with cable- 3 x 10 reps

Couldn't grip a dumbbell so could only fluff up the guns with cables and do ab workout.

Log Press- 68kg 2 x 6 reps, 80kg x 3, 85kg x 2, 90kg x 1, 100kg x 1, 105kg x 1.
Barbell shoulder press- 60kg 3 x 10 reps
Bench Press- 100kg 2 x 5 reps......

Got called out so had to stop. Ligaments in wrist still well and truly f**ked.

Log Press (strict from chest)- 68kg 2 x 3 reps, 80kg x 3 reps, 90kg 3 x 3 reps
Barbell military press- 65kg x 10 reps, 75kg x 5 reps, 85kg x 3 reps
Arnold presses, dumbbell shoulder presses, plate raises/twists to pump up shoulders
Ab workout.

Triple set of 10 reps on each and repeated x 3

Thanks mate, yeah all strict. I have no technique and the leg drive of a small, 5 year old girl, who is sat down. Hit a wall at moment. Having to be patient.

Log Press- 68kg x 3, 80kg x 3, 90kg x 3, 100kg x 3 then failed 2nd set of 100kg, threw log down, kicked tyre, spat out and threw gum shield and punched wall whilst shouting abuse at myself. (Strict presses)

Tried again day after, spectacularly failed again and just did 3 x 5 reps on 80kg instead (strict presses) then sulked and moaned for a few days.
