Deadlifts- 60kg x 6, 100kg x 5, 140kg x 5, 160kg x 5, 180kg x 3, 200kg massive fail twice (so pissed off!!!!) 160kg x 5 reps
Good mornings- 60kg 3 x 10 reps
Pull downs (wide grip) 75kg x 6, 40kg x 10 double set x 3
Upright rows- 70kg 2 x 8 reps
Reverse pull ups x 10 reps

Cable flyes- 3 x 10 reps
Incline bench- (Dumbells) 32kg each hand 3 x 10 reps

Strict Press from rack- (Olympuc bar) 60kg x 5, 70kg x 5, 80kg x 5 and 2 x 4 reps, 50kg x 12 reps
Seated shoulder press- (Dumbells) 34kg 3 x 5 reps
Circus Dumbell- 34kg (biggest weight there was) 3 x 6 reps
Shrugs (Olympic bar) 100kg 3 x 6 reps, 70kg x 12 reps
Fluffed up bi's with cables and preacher and tri's on reverse preacher machine.

Side delt/front raises double set.

80kg (for 60 secs) 4 reps.

Shoulder press from rack- 60kg 3 x 5 reps, 70kg x 3 reps, 80kg (push presses) 3 x 3 reps,
Dumbbell bench- 36kg (per hand) 3 x 10 reps
Fluffed up the guns.

Saw Robbo at gym, he'd read this and said we're a set of c**ts. And we was doing cardio and box jumps. Fanny.
