I can't find the Eubank fight???? What channel was it on? Watched all the fights from ITV and ITV4 but looks like channel 5 ones haven't recorded. 02/03/2015 Shoulder pressing (on machine)- Worked up to 85kg per side for a triple but only on a pivot so not to do my back in worse. Seated too. Side dealt raises- 3 x 10 in machine again. Arnold presses- 2 x 10 reps Fluffed up biceps Abs, foam rolling and back stretches. | |||

Think Euwank Jr. is massively overrated but I reckon in time he could be decent. Too cocky though and not enough to back it up with yet. Defensively a shambles. Fury is a decent fighter, definitely tough enough and will do well but back in the day he'd only be average compared to them. He's young though so may dominate in time. Who knows. I'm recording it mate so will watch it Mon on my day off. There might be a couple knocking about somewhere but only had my 2 pro fights recorded. Going back 8-9 years ago since my last fight though. I'm just a has been now. I'm standing by my Paqiaou prediction for 2nd May too. Just think Mayweather hasn't fought anyone who throws and lands relentlessly like him. Could go either way though. | |||

Watched Arthur Abraham v Paul Smith instead. Was a good fight. Josh Warrington from Leeds looks a class act too. Fighting again in April. Billy Joe Saunders is my favourite though. Followed him since the amateurs. | |||

It's ok, back is f**ked still but least I'm doing some stuff..... And I'd like to point out that I never got beat and had 2 pro fights after the amatures. Both TKO wins..... Your record will be blemished after your first fight Robbo, you skinny c**t. Though I did get you to a decent standard so you didn't make a fool out of yourself before you went to the boxing gym....and sorted out that slow, inaccurate, fanny bat of a slap you called a left hook..... But I do hope you win, and the offer of extra training is always there if you need it. Especially for tactics for the fight. Still think you should've carried on with Strongman though, step up to opens like Hixxy did. | |||

Lat Pull downs- wide grip 3 x 6 reps then 20 reps light (10 in front/10 behind neck) Seated cable rows- 3 x 5 reps Leg extensions- 3 x 10 reps Circuit- 5 reverse press ups, 10 kettle bell swings, 10 medicine ball abs, 20 press ups Two circuits round.... Was on one of those s**tty, shoulder press machines that go up separately but is on a pivot so makes it stupidly easier.
