Pretty chad but I just want to be the best version of myself I can be

Hit a 180kg dead pb yesterday which is nothing to a massive amount on here, but f**k me I was as happy as a pig in s**t. Even text Pagan lol

Unfortunately folks, Jason Genova is 100% legit but I think slightly autistic

He genuinely believes he will turn pro, has serious narcissism issues and goes full retard on a regular basis, subscribe to him as you get a couple of vids a week wach one more cringey than the last

Fair one, the high rep work will be pb's in themselves also and that final 8+ set is always honking

Will see it out and try for maybe a 185/90 max come week 13

Thanks for that mate, a bicep pop is not on my list of things to do before I die!

Thanks for popping in mate, and you Jack!

I feel the deficits definitely helped warm me up better, will probably do as a staple from now on.

Right, basically aims are to hit a 200 deadlift. #1 goal, I know it's nothing but for me it will be a massive massive milestone.

Been following Ortmayers routine, and in 8 weeks time I should have hit 180kg x 2, however being the daft sod I am I did week 4 on Wednesday and got the itch to pull today, warming up with deficits and then hitting 3 pb's in a row lol, last one being the 180

So, in your opinion would you crack on with the prescribed Ortmayer weights, adjust them slightly to be a bit higher or just sack it off completely? I'm leaning towards option 2 atm.

Also, today was the first time using chalk and it made a 500% difference. Would you use for all sets or once grip starts failing?

Ummm, thats about it. Here's the vid so form can be dismantled too.

What a session, went in feeling like s**t and hit 3 pb's! Funny how things work out.

Now 18kg ish off hitting the 1000lb club, which I'll be very happy with as a natty, skinny fat c**t

Deficit Deads (5")

70 x 5
80 x 5
90 x 5
100 x 3
110 x 3
120 x 3

Deads

130 x 1
140 x 1
150 x 1
170 x 1 (PB 1)
175 x 1 (PB 2)
180 x 1 (PB 3) < Very f**king happy with this.

Squats

Next on the agenda is my goal of doing 100kg squats, 10x10 with
