It is a low pick up, i got it made like that so when it comes to comps i should find it easier.

This is my brother deadlifting at our gym, the video is just to show you guys the set up.
On its own, it weighs about 200kg so plates can be added.

Pagan : i was quite surprised at winter giants with my result, but it has given me a real boost and my training and motivation is going great!

Now I have figured out how to upload video's Il get some more up, probably start a journal and get focused!
and Tom if there is anyone I want to beat this year, its you! Grin

no didn't manage all five, as tom says they were very difficult! a little damp, but i suppose it was the same for all of us!

cheers mark and gray, they weights felt great, just need to get more aggretion into it and get them up quicker!

lets just blame the horrible equipment! Like we said yesterday we both struggled, I was expecting 5 on the deadlift and got 1!! atleast you made the sandbag look easy!

iv ran through it in my head, farmers probably you. log we were similar on, im hoping to get an extra rep on deadlift though (touch wood), sandbags im hoping will be mine and over head medley depends if i can get the barrel up! .....if you beat me, im definately gona do mr wigan!
