OK, will post reps and weight, getting in the gym 2 - 3 times a week so will post next session when I do it, could be Sunday or Tuesday.

Thursday Session was
Warm up with deadlifts - felt too stiff and cold to pull heavy.
5x60kg
3x100kg
3x140kg
felt warm after this.

Strict Overhead press with axel off squat stands
70kg x 4
70kg x 4
75kg x 3
80kg x 2
80kg x 3
Changed my hand position so palms where facing up and took off my thumbs on grip, felt uncomfortable (need more wrist flexibility) but much more stable and better lifts - thanks John, James and Mick for pointing it out even though my tiny mind wouldn't except it at first.

Flat Bench Press
60kg x 5
100kg x 5
110kg x3
115kg x 3
115kg x3

Face pulls
3 sets of 12, can't remember weight just what felt taxing, dough must pay more attention.

Yeah aids was the give away jc LOL, have started a journal calles 'more push more pull'. Nice pulling tonight, hope to nail 220 soon when i can sort out my form.

Starting out strength training, hopefully one day get some respectable lifts.
But a bit slow going and feeble at the moment, started training in catts End of july.

Goals 220 deadlift current 200 1 rm
Back Squat 180 current 160 x2
Front Squat 125 current 110
Bench 140 current 120 x2
Overhead strict 100 current 80x3
