Starting out strength training, hopefully one day get some respectable lifts. But a bit slow going and feeble at the moment, started training in catts End of july. Goals 220 deadlift current 200 1 rm Back Squat 180 current 160 x2 Front Squat 125 current 110 Bench 140 current 120 x2 Overhead strict 100 current 80x3 | |||
