Yeah, benching isn't just with your triceps and pecs, you need to involve your lats in the lift by pulling your shoulder blades in tight, elbows in and pulling the bar apart outwards, also your foot position also helps the arch in your back try to get them right back. A good example of more lats in the lift is like the feeling you get when you decline bench you push with your lower pecs and lats more. Hope this helps its hard to explain just mastered this myself. I use a regular width grip too by the way. | |||

If your after quick cheap and easy farmfoods do 2 one litre bottles of milkshake for £1.50 in three flavours,they also do rustlers microwave burgers 2 for £2 ready in 80 secs, plus as an added bonus they do black sun 500ml energy drinks three for a £1 and a box of nutrigrain bars for a £1. Not healthy options but cheap way to get loads of calories. | |||

Press machine. 95 x 5 95 x 5 95 x 5 Set of Lat pull down but machine was so s**t gave up Steam room 10 min Suana 10 min Jacuzzi 10 min best part of the gym Never seen so many running machines. And cross trainers in one place. | |||
