Pull Ups close grip 10 x body weight 5 x weighted 10kgish 5 x weighted 10kgish 5 x weighted 10kgish Bench Press 5 x 60 5 x 100 5 x 110 5 x 110 5 x 110 Face Pulls 10 reps 3 sets on weight number 8 what ever that is???????? Happy with the deadlift tonight on to the 210 now!!! | |||

I said: ok mate will give it a go tomorrow with axel was using log tonight and got some pointers on hand position and form, i needed to put my hands in the centre of the handles and step in and push it backwards and up. Defo need the heel for this. Its more of a technical lift than i first thought?? | |||

But very easy 220 x 1 - ok again easy 245 x 2 - rep pb - wraps on too 260 x 1 - high 260 x 1 - good, well big mick approved! 265 x 1 - peebee - now I'm no powerlifter and wouldn't pass in a meet but would be ok for strongman so claiming as pb! I paused near end cos started thinking about depth, lol and not finishing lift!!! With more practice in suit I would defo get good depth and more weight. I'm gonna be running FEM from next week when I'm back out in desert and gonna need to decide if I'm gonna carry on working with suit or just stick to belt and wraps in prep for northerns! Suit means you can have a go with heavier weights so will up my confidence? f**k knows, enjoyed tonight ayway! Tuesday catts with Mick aka John, James aka John & John aka Chantelle Squat high bar 60 x 5 100 x 5 120 x 5 140 x 3 140 x 3 - concentrating on depth and I got it, the weight will come (i hope) think i'm getting used to my shoe shoes now. Strict log not posting reps cos i was getting pointers, have got it in my head now the technique, defo need my olympic shoes on. Thanks James and John. Pull ups 8 x wide 6 x close 6 x close 6 x close 5 x close grip. Abs sore tonight. |
