I would think you'd have to do the qualifying event where you live. This is a Scottish title but also a qualifier which are run regionally in England and Wales.

I have my name down or the welsh qualifier. Just wondered if I could do both? Curious more than anything, long way to go for a comp.

What are the requirements to qualify? I have never lived in Scotland, but my mother is from Glasgow. Could I compete??

Guys, I have created an online donation form. People can pay with card or paypal. No dealing with Cash, and the money will go directly to the charity.

You can create your own page, or you can give my page to people who want to sponsor you.

I train heavy power cleans and jerk as a warm up before log and or axle every week.
I try and snatch once a fortnight, normally before a upper back session.
