deadlift

Decided to try a sesh with no straps just to see where my grip was at. Last time i used the mixed grip was for a max lift the first time i ever deadlifted which i got 225.

Was pretty happy with the sesh even for the 260 my grip felt fine but was slow off the floor and didnt fancy trying to hitch it up!

First time i tried these. Def done some good as i had a wee bit of pain (good pain) on sat morning. Will probs stick to training the bench this way for a while.

Was a mile off. Plan was to do 150 with no wraps for reps got sucked into going heavy! Bent the bar in the process so its now fubar!!

Back was still tight from deadlifts but cracked on anyways, was'nt sure about doing the stones but gave it a bash anyways!!! was a good sesh

done a few reps on the 110 also managed to one motion the stone for the first time also the first time i attempted to try it!

120 also one motioned a couple of times then done a few reps squatting it up. Tech is getting better hands are still covered in tacky though!!!
