Think a double at 200 is on the cards now mate if you just did singles after 140/150 maybe....but its good u know theres more than one way to skin a cat, as long as your reps are increasing at 170-190 then you know your max is going up.

Possibly wpc worlds qualifier in early september mate as worlds are in Florida lol, but tbh just plugging away training wise with a good set of lads like macca and co and trying to improve.

Glad you didn't take it wrong way mate, I can see your point now and tbh yes with 10 months, then good planning, spoke to Macca about maybe getting over to a squad training sesh for a change of scenery and think he will, be good to see you hit those targets come comp time mate.

Think its more than just David Moyes taking over, the premier league on the whole has improved, teams like Southampton, Swansea and Everton are all very good teams and the gap between the top clubs is getting smaller imo, where in the past the gulf has been massive.

Man United actually have a very good squad of players, maybe its having a manager at the helm for a long time, that many of these young players who were brought through the ranks playing Fergie's way, only know that way....now Moyes comes in and it takes time to adapt to what he wants, in 2 years time I expect Moyes to still be there and Man U still as successful as ever, United arn't a sacking club and will give him time, he did great at Everton on limited funds, and he'll turn it around here, his only pitfall is lack of european football experience on a managerial level.
