no AI stops testosterone converting to estrogen! Its just a case of balancing it out so it doesn't get too high that u get the sides like you have.

It will simply lower estrogen which is a by product of high test....aromisin or arimidex should be ok, stuff like letrozole will crush it so low you'll feel like s**t even on test within a few weeks.

Cheers bud, yeah I found that when I tried using leg drive and got it working really well,the reps were all paused and sank ever so slightly, i guess the key is keeping tight and holding it together as the weight gets heavier.

solid work Marc, without sounding like a pain in the arse bud could you break your bench down technique wise? always been impressed with how much volume and weight you can press, looks like you get a lot of leg and hip drive, been trying it but as soon as weight gets heavy form is f**ked! Any pointers?
