lol ta lads, Macca is right, they are pb's but should have had 3 reps on sldl's and the squat was an abortion, not happy with how they are looking when it gets heavy, , only 24kg off my best squat now which was in wraps, and high lol.

tried some sbd's for 1st time last night and they are akin to my double ply strength shop sleeves, do you get anything...god knows, maybe its a mental thing having knee bolstered a little bit...i feel they maybe add a little something.

Squats


So after giving back a rest ive just done 2 sessions of bench since last monday but squatted last night, might be last time in a while at macca's as going working down London until march time.

Got some new sbd sleeves and was impressed by then, felt snappy too as been doing the defranco limber 11 everyday to try and easy lower back and glute pain.

ground oats, 2 scoops whey and big tbsp natty penaut butter mate.....3 times a day.....doubt you'll put much fat on but extra kcals should yield some new tissue
