Both are awful! Ralls is only good if you train with the team otherwise the equipment is gash...

Only been the once but got to agree tbh....the platform near the wooden doors round the back is not flat and springy and we struggled to find a bar that wasnt bent...however Boltons stuff chained up, the mono, comp bench etc...good tackle.

Things looking great for comp, Scott...don't be over doing it pal, you know what you can do now from training so plenty of rest mate and focus on your lifts, hopefully plenty of pb's all round! Hope to be there on the day will say ayup!

Was a worthy attempt, sometimes you dont know what you can do until you try, yeh was high but Ive seen worse and its a landmark weight to have on your back, impressed with how you kept form together and thats a good sign at such a young age.

Very good performances by Hurley, Coombes and an off day for Cusick by the looks, apparently he weighed in at 75kg and still managed over 900.

Bolton looks to be peaking back to where he was on the deadlift imo.

Breathing a lot of bigger squatters look as if the take a breath unrack set up exhale and inhale again when in fact the dont exhale its just another inhale if that makes sense

Look in a mirror and breath in try breathing "into your belly" if your shoulder rise up when you inhale you are expanding the chest and not bracing try to take a deep breath and push your abs out whilst not letting your shoulders raise up

Pull the bar down into you back and keep it like this from the point of unpacking to re racking the bar

Nice post bud

Been working away and only training fri,sat or sundays when time allows (training not priority as wife and kids only see me these days im home)

Managed 120 x 10 pb on bench, but no vid :-(

Yesterday worked upto 200 squat and used wraps for 1st time in ages, wasn't happy at all with form, did a bit better pulling though and hit 220 x 5.

Managed to find a gym in London so will be starting training down there prob mon and weds, looks like work could be long term down there aswell but dare not tell the missus yet! Like having two seperate lives atm.
